Yes, meals are included with the event registration fees. Daily catering will be provided, including Afternoon Tea on Thursday, as well as Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea on Friday. Enjoy these refreshments as part of your event experience.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you're unable to attend. Cancellations, whether partial or full, must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. If you cancel one (1) month before the event date, you'll receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations made within one (1) month of the event date are non-refundable. However, you can substitute another delegate in your place if needed.
